Hi, they have to be used by end Oct/Nov.
Blimey! The competition was titled "200 chances to instantly win A YEAR of days out for a family of four", i.e. presumably one per month. If the expiry date is Oct/Nov, that's not a year.
I won mine on 6 April and we have had two school breaks since and would have been nice if we could have used them. We'll struggle to use them by Oct/Nov, but will give it a good go!0

Not a thing here yet, despite 2 emails and one voicemail. I also thought they'd be valid for 12 months 0 0

I got a reply from my email...
I'm sorry that your family day passes have not yet arrived for the MasterCard Days Out competition; due to the extremely high levels of the tickets being processed our supplier has experienced some unexpected delays.
Your 12 family of four Day Passes to the UK's Top Attractions have been ordered and will be sent out to you shortly. 0 0

I received almost the same e mail this morning too -

They knew how many they were giving away so I don't really know why they weren't prepared0
