Thats what they said in support ticket reply


Speed Cashback responded to support ticket I put in by asking me to point out that the amazon order confirmation has to be forwarded to us them before amazon transactions can be tracked.

They added that since they took over the site they have aimed to have a 100 percent email reply rate and no email has been left un-replied as far as they are aware


I think we all agree that when it comes to confirming when they say they are going to confirm ( every Monday) and paying on time every time by Faster Payments system to Bank Accounts Speedcashback who pay us for all confirmed no spend offers and clicks before it the site gets paid by the merchants certainly live up to its name - :beer:

Firstly we are extremely sorry for this delay in updates & lack of communication during the past few weeks which caused so much inconvenience to our members.

Due to a Mishap in my family I wasn’t able to devote any time online.

But we are back on the updates & should be done by this weekend.

BACS & Amazon Gift vouchers – Since we missed the payment run due for 15/09, we’ll carry it forward & take out a combine payment run on 01/10 after the updates are done.
