  • Whilst I don't mind waiting to be paid I object to no communication whatsoever from Fatcheese and certain others - just leads to angry disappointed members who then take their business elsewhere. Obviously we all would rather have been paid than to lose out so spectacularly when Z, Chief, Cascade went capput taking our cash with them but the sites who are more likely to survive are those who treat their members kindly and keep them informed - Getpoundsback and iMutual spring to mind.

Add to the list Cashinco, Cashback Rewards and C.B.R sister site Student Money Back.com and we have the complete set of main sites who went "capput" despite all having active forums right up until they went "capput".( CBR/SMB Forums were shared near the end from memory)

+ Old R-Points and CBK suspended Cashback redemptions without prior notice had active forums at the time - Luckily members of both these sites subsequently had the opportunity to be paid their balances via three seperate channels -"better late than never"

    1.Liquidator ( Rpoints + CBK)

    2. New R-Points ownership ( Draw) - R-Points balances only as far as I am aware

    3. Richard Yendall - CBK + R-Points + Shopping Tactics balances

Sites that you refer to who either/both appear to have a problem with making payments to its members/dont communicate are unlikely to survive in their present form/current ownership/business models longer than the very short term as the problems arise from either, some or all of the following - Company poorly run/financial difficulties/unsustainable business model
  • I've noticed Ecasher seem to approve their 1p clicks quickly (SP Finance, Random Website, BestPriceByFar) but leave all the bigger ones pending for a long time. Offputting, don't you find?

Nice to see you posting again here blahblahdoh, I often recall the comment you once made that it is amazing what I can do with a mouse :) -

Mouse went googling and gained a response from Fatcheese a few months ago :rotfl:

Latest "offers" approved by E-Casher is 16th August which is outside its stated 20 day period, it has put a note on its site to say limited updates until 17th September which was three days ago.

    http://www.ecasher.co.uk/index.php

I guess if offer updates are done as so often happens in next few days things will look completely different - One thing is certain waiting a month or so for "offer" approvals beats waiting months and months for pendings to go payable as is the case on most other cashback sites. ;)

Approx 3 days ago I had nice set of payments received from both E-Casher and Cashinbag sites in respect of "offers" done on both the sites :j

    Hi BLF

Have you ever received anything from Speed re Amazon? I did one or two quite a while ago but they never tracked. I got no reply to my emails and eventually they were simply deleted.

Not done Amazon via Speed as only noticed they had it by chance a few weeks ago - I have found Speed very good re replies and will send them a ticket linking this thread for their awareness and hopefully will lead to a positive outcome for you

TBH I think they're too old now but interested to know if others have been successful.

I tried Amazon ages ago through them and, like you, it stayed pending 0 for ages and then just disappeared eventually.
