Been waiting over 2 weeks now for a cashout on Fatcheese and after 3 days still waiting for a ticket response to this.
They use to pay out a lot quicker than this.
No response in 2 tickets regarding this.
What was once a good cashback site is in my opinion now no longer worth bothering with.
NO excuse for them not answering tickets regarding this0 -
20 the July i put in request ,its now 3 september and still no payment.

Whilst it would be wrong to speculate without any factual knowlege of Fatcheese financial situation it doesnt take much guess work to come up with "possibilities" of why they are taking so long to make payments - either they are lazy or .......... which is why I expressed the opinion in view of several cashback sites which disappeared ( most of which had active forums at the time )without paying its members cleared balances whilst any delay is unfortunate/inconvenient/might be considered out of order the phrase "better late than never springs to mind".
Re : Tickets
Biggest problem FC had was sheer volume of tickets re unpaid 2p clicks and other no spend offers despite it being clearly stated as on all sites for clicks etc "We do not accept transaction queries for this merchant" this was compounded by fact FC didnt get paid for one payment period of Cashillion 2p clicks that other sites were paid for -
Reason was -
FC made daily clicks 1 click through same as other sites did which knocked out the info on how many clicks could be done per day, a suggestion was made to put a physical limiter on the clicks same as the other sites had, a few members of the forum said no dont do that just in case click doesnt load and we lose 2p - result was some members overclicked on a regular basis some by accident as they were used to at the time clicking to a limiter on Cashback Chief 10 or so clicks a day and some maybe purposely after discovering that multiple clicks of the same clicks tracked
These members broke Cashillions written T+C of 1 per day per click offer so Cashillion refused to pay FC for "ALL" the clicks of a payment period even though Cashillion were probably paid for the clicks themselves ---all these click and other no spend non payments by third parties helped create huge ticket mountain which I have heard rumours from non FC sources runs into four figures including repeat tickets about the same thing - unanswered and also meant FC were reluctant to add new no spend/clicks if they felt there may be payment problems which had a knock on effect of how useful the site was for a 5.00 annual fee for the likes of us who are mainly only interested in clicks and other no spend offers- this is the reason FC have recently added a few clicks at 1p rather than 2p as they believe more likely to get paid by the secondary network. -
I have heard rumours from sources unrelated to FC is that a couple of large Cashback site operators have been watching FC situation for some time.
Why didnt the click non payments affect other sites that were running the same clicks in the same way -
TCB ran one set of clicks and offered to pay half out of its own pocket, they didnt run Cashillion clicks or the other big daily value click that also went unpaid on several Cashback Sites - FC had a significantly higher membership for both spend and no spend offers at the time than the other sites who also didnt get paid for clicks etc - some of those Cashback Sites subsequently went bust/disappeared despite having active forums at the time and as has been said earlier the other sites were paid for one payment period of Cashillion clicks that FC were not paid for due to some FC members breaching Cashillion T+C of 1 click per click offer per day due to no physical limiter on FC clicks
Many of us woke up one day to see Cashback Rewards/Student Moneyback.com/Cashback Chief/Cashback Cascade etc blank landing pages never to be seen again despite pending payment requests from many of us, bearing all this in mind is there anyone who disagrees with my belief that any late payments from any Cashback Site are better late than never ?
Of course Mark1966 your opinion will be shared by others and at this moment in time bearing in mind both ticket situation and apparent long delays in making payments to its members is probably correct.0 -
