  • Has anybody cashed out and been paid by fatcheese recently? I've cashed out via Bank Transfer 4 days ago and I still haven't been paid, they used to pay within 1 working day, but now it seems to have come to a standstill. Any help appreciated thanks.
Would love to be able to cash out but my amount available to redeem has been at 87p for months and never changes.

Yes I requested a payment last week and it was paid out on the 25th September, but I find they are taking ages to confirm transactions - same with Thincheese - my balance has been languishing there at about 56p there for ages.

I used to get regular payments (albeit small) from Fatcheese and Thincheese but not any more.

I requested to cashout on 26th September and the payment is still pending.

  • I think the writing was on the wall for Fat/Thin Cheese when they got rid of their forum, customer service just isn't what it was on there anymore, but to be fair on some other sites you can wait a lot longer than a few days to be paid so hopefully you will get paid.

When they did confirmations last weekend, I requested payment on fatcheese, & they did pay really quickly, as usual (Sunday I think!)
Requested on Thincheese a few days ago tho, and still waiting on that one. They're probably just having the week off.
  • Thanks for your help everyone, I was getting a bit worried as fatcheese does seem to have gone down in my many areas over the past few months. I have just checked my bank online now and it's gone in so i'm happy with that. I just needed an extra few quid to get a phone that actually works properly off eBay. :) Thanks again

Looks like Fatcheese still do payments on a Saturday, my opinion is that by doing payments as quickly as they have done did often within 24 hours if not same day they gave themselves no margin for being extra busy or other factors thus then giving perception of having gone downhill when as already been said some other sites have never made payments even within a few days of payment requests some evern make members wait up to a month and even then have given themselves a 7 day period within which to do a monthly payment run.

Fatcheese have always confirmed as soon as they receive payments in ( 1.00+ cashin level) sadly these days there arent much in the way of daily clicks or other no spend offers on Fatcheese due to past problems with unpaid clicks :( from those who provided the daily clicks and other no spend offers thus confirming being thin on the ground.

If anyone isnt happy with what they get from Fatcheese ( Same goes for Quidco) for its 5.00 yearly fee then they are free to ditch the site as for daily clicks and other no spend cashbacks its 5.00 annual fee probably isnt worth paying, personally I see 5.00 a year worth paying for its daily clicks/ no spend cashbacks when considered in conjunction with Cashback Guarantee Fatcheese gives on majority of its Spend/Banking/Insurance/Energy Switch etc merchant offers. :)

I've had a claims I had to raise for a few transactions (eg. a couple of flights & hotels in March & April) sitting on fatcheese with no progress, and tickets I've raised querying them haven't received a response.

I've decided not to use fatcheese any more for major transactions until the above are resolved.
  • I don't really have any faith in FatCheese now, since the forums have gone there are no visible signs of activity and hardly any communication. I wouldn't pay £5.00 per year for that kind of service when IMHO there are much better 100% sites out there such as GetPoundsBack, Topcashback and Imutual which don't charge a fee. I put my money where my mouth is and don't use them now.
