Hi just to let everyone know, I had £171.00 back today for knives bought last night which I was over charged for. Had full DTD well done to store, and staff were so apologetic that I had been told to come back today, phew. Thanks to all on here for advice.

always worth a try just in case...u might find an old SEL and get DTD....

Yes, and everywhere else, but will come back as N/A so only buy if your happy to pay £10 and get no voucher.

i just got my online delivery. half was out of stock, 2 items were substituted at the lower price, the rest was the higher price. i sent it all back as it wasnt worth the delivery for a couple of items. phoned cs and they are going to refund me the lot including delivery. i complained that i would have had the delivery yesterday had they allowed me to book a delivery slot, so the manager should be phoning me back in the morning about it. luckily my friend and i managed to get most of the stuff we wanted instore last night. the delivery was for the items they didnt have instore, so at least i got a few bargains, and it was all stuff i really needed. saved me a bit of money to treat the kids instead.

I finally got my refund on kitchenware after 3 days!!! they offered me to return the goods to store for a refund but I told them I had already used some and I was promised a refund because the customer service person said I could keep the goods and they will refund the excess/overcharge, if only they did DTD on online I will be gettin £240 in DTD. Well cannot complain I have my kitcheware and garden stuff all in the same delivery both glitched. Thanks OP.:T
