JUST been call a thief because I took advantage of this glitch , by my co worker
Don't listen she/he's just jealous or too much money, if your like most of us you need to save money where you can (and enjoy getting one over on Tesco).
I really needed new pans, boxed sets were showing at £55, so I got 3 of the 20cm ones for £5 each, better size for us, large family. A couple of 30cm frypans and different selection of bakeware and a knife block. makes a change to have decent stuff and T's can afford it.
:j
Also had a go at the meal deal, 1st time in over a week, that's fixed today as well, so no voucher. you win some u lose some;)
Imissed out on gardening but hopefully there'll be another glitch soon:rotfl:Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

I didn't manage to get anything from this glitch, but to be honest didn't actually need any of it, so I suppose I wouldn't have saved anything. Still feel I've missed out though lol.
To the people who are starting to feel guilty.. Since learning about instore DTD I always check my receipts, and the amount of times they overcharge, mislead you etc is massive. They are quite happy to overcharge us, then sometimes when asking for DTD back, or even just TD back, you get made to feel like scum. Sometimes the SA's even try to hide the SEL and make out we are wrong. Tesco are happy to fleece us, so we should be happy to fleece them.0 -

called customer services and was told to email my confirmation email with the reduced price and they will adjust it accordingly and I should accept the delivery. Hopefully they will refund me. Now I am playing the waiting game, guide price £65 charged £185
Will you get DTD back??0 -

Will you get DTD back??
Wow, there's a thought! I am waiting to hear back from Tescos after they charged me much more than quoted for online delivery of gardening items. It's been over 24 hours since my phone call and email to Tescos.
I missed the kitchenware glitch and have never done the DTD. This may be the first time...
Anybody else get overcharged for online items and then get DTD?0 -

if you ordered for delivery through the Tesco Groceries site you would have seen this on your confirmation email:
"
* Why might the guide price be different to my final bill?- The guide price is based on today's prices instore. However as we shop for your order on the day you want it delivered, some of the prices may have changed.
No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -
