hi angelina,
you are right i am asking people to justify my feeling.
i am feeling totally elated when i bought the glitch gardening products.
but this morning they all gave me a good told off for taking advantage of tesco. and they said thats stealing from tehir point of view.
my happiness diminished instantly and i start questioning myself : am i wrong?
thing is, i do not feel a shred of regret when i bought those glitch items , and i feel is RIGHT, and thats why is so wrong, because the people who critisized my action are my bosses, who i looked up to , and i respect their opinion
i do not want to argue that they earned TONS more than me , so they do not feel the need of taking advantage of this glitch.
all in all, i am still looking up this thread whenever i can to be alert of any possible glitch, i do not want to say this , but with my income ,i got lots more than i normally can. i really appreciate all the glitches thats been listed.
thanks
just wondering why so many seem to act as though the money is coming out of their own pocketsGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

As "Managers" is it not their responcibility to ensure these errors are spotted promptly rather than left to run?
Some stores where on this quickly yesterday, and some where not, My guess is that a manager somewhere didn;t read a memo sent out by head office at some point so the store has lost loads of money and they are now trying to make you feel bad, as the only "theft" has been on profits from Tesco, and I would assume the Managers Bonus which is going to be profit related! So they are making you feel bad because they won't earn as much!
They are taking the moral high ground to cover their backsides, and also thinking "why didn't I ring the wife to go and get a load from another store!"0 -
with the gardening glitch, i bought loads as have been trying to get a nice veggie patch and flower beds going this halfterm with the kids, so perfect timing... the staff opened a till for my mega full trolley of goodies, but the lady on the till was well annoyed, she kept glaring at me, especially when i put anything full price back (prices were changing as i shopped it seems)... then i was approached by a security guard at my car as well, which was most embarrassing... felt like a thief, but i suppose they could easily have refused to sell to me so "whatever".....
if i had been working at tesco as a shop floor staff, i'd have not mentioned it and bought stuff myself too, good luck to those who managed to do so, hope you didn't use your clubcard though as the boss will find out! you're not paid to think when you work in a supermarket...0 -
do people who work in tesco have shares or are they stake holdres in the company?
just wondering why so many seem to act as though the money is coming out of their own pockets
Hope this answers your question:
Share our Success
At Tesco, we like to ensure our staff are cared for financially. So whether you have been with us 3 months or 3 years we run three successful share schemes, all helping you end up with more cash in your pocket.
Shares in Success
So, to thank our people for the success they've brought the business, we give free shares to everyone who's worked here for one year at the end of the financial year (February). We share a proportion of our profit amongst our staff, based on salaries. These Tesco shares are held in trust for 5 years, and after that you can take them, tax-free.
Save As You Earn
Every October those people who've been here a year get the option to save up to £50 every 4 weeks for either 3 or 5 years and receive a tax-free bonus at the end. You can use your savings and bonus to buy Tesco shares at up to 20% less than the market price, or take the cash.
Buy As You Earn
After three months working with us you'll have the chance to join the BAYE scheme. You buy shares at the market price every 4 weeks, saving tax and National Insurance on the salary you use to do this. You can start, stop or change the amount you invest at any time. And if you keep the shares in trust for 5 years you'll get even more tax advantages.
So, those old trouts who have probably been there for donkey's years will have quite a few shares....In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.
Cover up all the pain in your life
With our new product range.
So please don't feel blue - let us show you how
To talk yourself into a good mood right now.
Feeling sad is no longer allowed,
No matter how worthless you are.0 -

I would have only half the things I have now if it wasn't for here and HUKD and i'm so grateful!
Don't let anyone put you down. Maybe i'm just a grumpy old b ugger but I let other peoples opinion fall off me like water. I do what I think is right to justify myself and only me.
