Vent about last nights cinema experience

Went to see a film last night at cineworld and a girl (a late teen/early twenties)sat next to me and sat down and took her flipping shoes off and put her feet on the seat. What annoyed me was the fact her bloody blackberry must have been attached to her hand as she just couldnt put it down when the film was showing.
If your going to pay to see a film your going to wnat to see it rather than text on her phone throughout the film. I accept people can pay to see a film and choose whether to watch it but if your going to do that then why not rent the dvd and watch at home.
And another thing why put your feet on the seat, do people have some kind common sense gene thats missing from the blood line.
Some of you may disagree which is fine.

Yup, went to Cineworld as well last night with a pal, HUGE lines, musta stayed in the line for a hour or so but the film was well worth it (Hangover). But I must say I almost throttled my mate as his phone went off during the run up to the film and he just answered it and was chatting as usual, and he kept taking his phone out and checking it/reading messages.0

People texting in the flicks makes me apoplectic. Sitting at the back as I like to do all you see is their poxy little screens lighting up every two seconds. They obviously assume that just because they've got it on silent, they're not bothering anyone. Well, listen up, !!!!!! - it does bother people. Last film I went to see there was somebody texting for about 5 minutes straight, not only that but they had some sort of typewriter app installed....0

In some countries, they use devices to block mobile phone signals in cinemas. Unfortunately they are illegal here!
You can always complain to the cinema manager who can eject the person who is spoiling the experience for the rest of the audience.0 -
That sounds like my SIL, she's a right selfish little b, but then seems like ever so many people are these days - so I never go to the cinema any more 'cos its like theres always text zombies or back kickers in there.0

people putting their feet up (in shoes or not) really annoys me.
especially if it is some one behind you putting their feet on your chair. i tend to accidently on purpose knock their feet off with my elbows and they usually get the message.0 -

Funny that because I went to my local cineworld and sat next to a person who just couldn't stop looking at my feet, I think they may have had a foot fetish!
I'm joking of course and yes it is very annoying. I know someone tat has a phone blocker that stops anyone within about 6-8ft from using their phoneThe Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!
4 people on the ignore list....Bliss!0 -

I rarely go to the pictures and usually not to see a blockbuster full of kids fillum anyway. Last one me and the old man saw was TT in 3D. We were the youngest people in there by about 20 years.
No phones, no popcorn, no chatting. Bliss!"If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -
I must admit I put my feet up on the chair in front, as long as no-ones sitting on it, don't see a problem, it's more comfortable for me.
But I agree about the phonewhy go to cinema if you aren't going to watch the film?
