Red thank you for the recipe and I'd mutated a carrot cake one, but it was so heavy, mind you the flour was the oldest lumpiest I'd ever seen from the back of the cupboard - me thinks that was an issue
Ooh mutant cakeI have visions if it seeping out the sides of the oven, slowly sliding along the kitchen floor and out the door to take over the world crumb by crumb! :rotfl:

WTFC really is what the f*** - how are people supposed to manage and budget when the goalposts are moving daily
Another busy day for you Pippi but you sounds your usual organised self.

Not a huge fan of Feta but it goes brilliantly with beetroot, even just in a salad. I also love the chocolate and pear mixture, nom nom nom:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0 -

Bleurgh to stupid WTFC - evidently trying to keep people on their toes - I reckon this is a new policy strategy to get people off benefits  (well, I would if they hadn't been doing it 30 years ago to my poor mother when I was a nipper and we had no other income - I actually think it's just sheer incompetence )
What's happened to starnac - off giving birth? ? (or am I getting muddled up with someone else?? (quite possible!) Push hard if you are starnac! :T :T
