Gardening Stuff Mega-Cheap Prices at Tesco In-Store

Got a load of the reduced garden stuff last night at the lower prices as on the white sel tickets. Went in again at 5 p.m. and they had restocked the shelves and the prices were still reduced e.g. tomatorite 70p. Only thing I could see that was different were the 15 x bamboo sticks which were 20p last night and now have a label on saying save 20p only 80p. However, didn't buy one so don't know what they will go thru the till at. Wonder if the saving and the cost are the wrong way round on the system e.g the tomatorite should be save 60p not cost 60p

Got a Cadac Mini Chef BBQ this afternoon from Hanley Tesco for £10. It was the last one on the shelves but they might have more in the storeroom? Also 4 instant BBQ's @ 60p each. Not to mention Homepride and Lloyd Grossman sauces!!

On phone to MIL in Northern Ireland. She is in Tesco Craigavon and this stuff is still cheap. She's got the pathclear and tomorite etc
Worth checking if over there.

Most of the Barbeque equipment was glitched..
Did see a £50 two burner gas BBQ with £7.00 but was too timid to try that one out!!

OMG i can't believe i didn't check this before going in to T for the kitchen stuff, i could kick myself-thanks for the post though will have another look in a different store tomorrow

Went to my Bromborough Tesco today (Only went in for general browsing and stumbled across these. Had not seen this thread) prior. Managed to get Weed Killers, Garden gloves, pathclear, slug pellets all at the glitch prices. Plenty left too

Then following the knife glitch, went to Bidston store tonight and managed to get more gardening stuff at glitch prices. So it must be still active in certain stores

Gutted - none of my haul went through, went to customer services and they said there was a glitch last night which had been rectified so walked away with all the stuff - needed it anyway but still miffed!:mad:
