went into asda today, picked up a few items, so when i got to the checkout and the girl (who i scoped out and totally thought she would be ok!) read every bit of the coupon, checking to see if they were ok, then i handed in a 50p APG coupon i printed off, ive never used them before but she said that i couldnt use it this time because i didnt have the reciept to go with it to prove that the numbers match??? is this true or was she shooting me some bull? i told her that it was ok i keep all my reciepts and ill be back with the reciept
i also went to tesco, and checked up all my coupons on mysupermarket before i went, well when i got to the store they had new prices and i couldnt use any of my coupons (no good deals)
so im guessing mysupermarket didnt update or tesco were early

either way i didnt have a very good day apart from finding the 25p tissues at tesco lol
sometimes they dont ask for proof but you are required to have the proof with you so they can match the numbers, they normally scribble over the receipt afterwards so you cant use it again.

    Good evening everybody.

I have just been on to the Cushelle site and I never ever win anything and I have just won a Koala bear !!! I am totally gob smacked :j I have only been in for the competition twice !! Can I still carry on entering or do I have to stop now , once I have won please ?

Well done for winning! :j I believe I saw that question asked on the Cushelle facebook page, and they said that you would be able to win a maximum of 2 per household, so you can still try for another one!
2014 wins: £15 iTunes voucher, £15 Amazon voucher, Sharwood's wok & sauces, Food Lover's Guide to the World book, £20 Tesco giftcard, Goodfellas x 3, Garnier skin cream, £25 Frankie & Benny's, Chiquito meal, £20 Frankie & Benny's, Panebello pizza, Harlan Coben book

I tried to use the Pantene Supersavvy £1 coupon in Tesco and it wouldn't work - SA said it came up that I had "not reached the min spend" - at £3.97 I think I had (could have got it cheaper at Asda!)

was buying 500ml Smooth & Sleek conditioner which I thnk matches the coupon

    Anyone else had this/know why?

    I made the same mistake

This is the one on the coupon

Alot of stories on here really move me, but I have to say Jude and Wendy I think ur wee stars!!

Nope, not a star, I am a realist, so have to deal with a situation I never knew would happen. If you saw the Panorama programme last night you will know why I wont let hubby go to a home.
  • So I have just made made trip to Sainsbury and Morrisons and cleared them out of rustler subs :j:j:j:j
If it's cheap I Like it. If its Free I love it!

    Hi peeps,

I was thinking a lot about giving a charge to someone please. Its just getting too much for me these days. And I don't want to pay injustice to the thread.

I think I have done my bit for this thread and its time now I would love to have a break.

    Any volunteers out there?:)

On both Tesco and Asda price guarantee you have to show your receipt so they just initial it and give it back to you. Dont forget to get your clubcard points on any Tescos receipts, expecially wombled ones lol :rotfl:

I dont know if this will help anybody, but it is a free day out site, which I found on another thread.

I was thinking as many of you have smaller children, so it might be handy.

I definately appreciate everything you have done Idlesaver, but I cant volunteer as I never know from day to day what I am doing.
