PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. This overpriced by at least 40k. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-18980868.html?utm_content=ealertspropertylink&utm_medium=email&utm_source=emailupdates&utm_campaign=postcode-3m&utm_term=buying&sc_id=5615285
Next door but one went recently for £219k http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-18403944.html but much bigger and nicer garden and better presented. And one nearby recently went for £198k http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-29508145.html
And this one went on initially at 275k! Perhaps even this agent didn't have that much front as the price was changed after a day. The interior pics are dreadful - dirty washing in the house, dog poo in the garden, ghastly fencing OMG!!!'Now sir you tell me the world's changed

In picture 4 in the first link, is there someone standing in the doorway to the kitchen, holding a duvet?0 -
