  • Last two OUTs for June:

No7 Luxurious Foaming Shower Oil - WBA but only if on special offer, as whilst it smelt beautiful and was lovely and moisturising I got through a 250ml bottle really quickly so don't think it's good value for money. Next up: Lush Glogg shower gel.

Maybelline The One By One Volum'Express Mascara - WBA but again only if it was on offer. It wasn't dreadful but it wasn't anything special either. Next up: Clinique High Impact.

A smallish UU to finish the month on: BS 50ml Shea Body Butter that was free with Marie Claire. WIBA? No. After discovering that the Poundland Coconut body butter was only fractionally less pleasant to use than BS's, I'll be getting their shea butter one the next time I see some.
I'll not feel guilty about the community trade aspect as I already buy a lot - and I mean a lot - of Fairtrade products. My only annoyance is that I'm stuck with Tesco and they don't always have Fairtrade oranges and bananas in stock.

Another UU, Imperial Leather shower gel, the white one. Dunno what it's called. I used it up last night so we're on to the blue Imperial Leather one.

ETA: Sara; send the dog round my way, I need my kitchen blinds down and can't get them down! He could do it for me :D.

:rotfl::rotfl: Anytime you want to pick her up she's yours - and that offer stands for anyone who needs something destroying or covering in dog hair :rotfl::rotfl:
I heard that as well, (also the debate on able bodied people thinking it's ok to use accessible toilets, and thereby potentially depriving a disabled person of the chance to use the amenity, don't get me started...)

I have a 'Hot Key' for the disabled toilets in pubs/train stations etc - but I still get glared at when I use them :( Because I don't 'look' disabled people think I'm taking the mick but when my hands/legs don't work I need a lot of room to move about in :o I have had to show my bus/train passes at people before to shut them up.

Our local high street used to be really vibrant and buzzing but now it's all 'cheque-cashing' and 'gold-buying' - such a shame :(

Marzipan fish, how about practising up do's for your hair in case you haven't come to terms with it by Graduation day? I never bought my photos on the day because the whole day was so horrifyingly expensive. I think it cost us almost £100 for gowns and whatnot. My Aunty and Uncle were horrified that I wouldn't buy the pictures but my Uncle had his camera with him and took some photos of me in the doofa. He's a very good photographer so that'll do. Funnily enough, I haven't seen the photos though. It's a bug bear of mine that DH won't have photos around. I have some lovely ones of the kids and they are going up somewhere I just need to get on with it and start drilling some holes. That's a scary thought though!

    I think I will :)
It does still just about tie back alright and I do like the bits that hang round my face so that might be a good option.

Was thinking about what I'm going to wear today! I know the gown will cover most of my clothes and i vaguely remember someone saying buttons are good to hook the hood onto but I'm not really sure. The photos do look ridiculously expensive, i'll probably try DIY ones first! My gown hire was £40ish i think.

I've just eaten all the cherries I bought (well I have 2 left!). 200g of them :o They were just so tasty and mooreish! I think maybe i should get replacements before OH gets home.

Handed back the keys to my old flat today. We got it really clean except a slight tea stain on the worktop. I doubt they'll notice though - you can only see anything wrong if you really peer closely at the photos I took. Bit sad to leave but new flat is better :p
Several of the neighbours in the block said they were really sad to see us leave which was really sweet :D. We were the youngest there by about 40 years!

Im having the same dilema - Ive no idea what to wear either although mines not still September so Ive got a little bit of time to decide :o
Ive not had my graduation pack through yet but I too am dreading the cost - I think OH's last year was £40 odd for gown hire and then £50 just for 2 x 2 photos. No idea where Im going to get that kind of money from :(
If all else fails OH will have to be photographer for the day and take his SLR and tripod up the uni :p

Budge up the naughty step :o I have some IN's:

I won a little bit on the Lottery last week so blew it all on a No7 P&P Intense Hand Cream and a No7 Revitalising Hand Saviour - cost £22.50 but I had a 500 point voucher and I got the GWP.

    http://www.boots.com/en/No7-Evening-Purse-Gift_1219437/

I also took some empties back to origins and got some eye cream and face wah samples. I'm thinking of doing a joblot of all my samples and selling them on ebay.

In other news: I got my official apology letter from Tesco - and they'd included a £25 moneycard - so I got £25 plus £10 CCpoints :D :T

I've got one too - my disabilities are a bit more visible, though. I've got no problems with Mums with pushchairs and kids using them, and I have helped a desperate Dad and his small, cross-legged daughter in the past.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
UU's Molton Brown shower gel - WIBA got this as a freebie for doing the survey thing when you spend x amount. It seemed to go down very quickly which is good in one way as it means another showergel is out of the stash but not very mse!

UU No 7 Age defy cleansing balm - WIBA already have! This is a much cheaper version of Priori cleanser, it feels the same and smells pretty much the same.

Binned - Collection 2000 eyeliner in Marine blue - I bought this years ago for a fancy dress party and havent used it that much as it was a bit electric blue! Took me back to the 80's!

Decanted one of the SD Spa showergels into the kids bathroom as handwash, for 19p they can sling that around the bathroom as much as they like! LOL

UU - L'Occitane Shea hand cream - WIBA this was UU at work as my desk handcream and was a mag freebie. I loved it though and would defo get it again. I am onto a Lavender Crabtree and Evelyn one now.
