Kaz I can't believe how accident prone your DD is... maybe you should make her clothes out of layers of bubble wrap :P

Feeling a bit :( at the moment because I had my hair cut and it's too short... It's just touching my shoulders. It looks OK but it's at least an inch or maybe 2 shorter than I wanted. Hoping in vain for some growth before my graduation pictures immortalise it for years (3 weeks time )

And... a toiletries related question... Does Aussie shampoo/conditioner ever get put on decent offers and does anyone know of any?

Only time I ever saw it on offer was well over a year ago now, gift set of it in Bodycare, bottle of shampoo and conditioner, plus a sachet of condtioner in a gift bag for £3.99 but never ever see it again for that cheap :( Shame because it was really nice stuff but cant justify paying that much per a bottle.... Have seen it on offer from time to time for 2 for £5.50 in Superdrugs and 2 for £6 in boots but I haven't seen it on offer at all recently but Im sure others may correct me...

I find on occasion B&M bargains and Wilkinsons have had good offers on tolitries in the past so might be worth keeping an eye out there....Savers might be worth looking in too although I never personally shop there as its next to Bodycare and I much prefer there :p

I think it was £3ish in sainsburys last time i looked so if that's nearly as cheap as it goes i might treat myself when i've used the current conditioner... not going to need much with short hair anyway :p
Probably wont bother with the matching shampoo, conditioner seems more worthwhile.

Only other suggestion I have is to bulk buy it (Im talking 8 bottles) not that it will save you huge amounts - would work out to £2.37 a bottle. Superdrug online have it 2 for £5.99, free del over £25 spend and there is a code for £5 off £20 spend - although Im having difficulty getting the code to work :o

Not that Im suggesting you should add anymore to your stash :p

I got these!!! One of them is a peel off mask - beware - I needed a hammer and chisel to get it off :rotfl::rotfl:the other two flavours are lovely though!!
SJP that peel-off mask does require a certain "grasp firmly, grit teeth, and pull!" approach doesn't it - like removing a plaster, best done at speed. On the other hand, would save money on facial waxing strips....! ;) :money:

Got home to find a box for me which must have come by the early morning postie so I bet OH wasn't happy :p Opened the box to find its a full size box of cereal - No idea where thats come from!

Had a boots mailing through the door today with a coupon for colgate, no good to me as I don't use it but anyway.... I also just checked my emails to say Ive won a pack of biscuits :D

I'm betting the cereal is Natures Path from their FB comp - I'm still waiting :( and I didn't win any 'biscwits' - I love those Fox's Ambers :(:p

Bloody Big Dog just pulled the curtains off the front window again! OH is gonna flip - She does it about once a week but can't get her to stop sleeping on the windowsill and she doesn't look properly when she belts into the garden to 'catch' the cat/pigeon/fly/plastic bag that catches her eye :p

Hope y'all are having a great day

Welll....... I went down town earlier with thoughts of popping in to S'drug.. (for a quick browse, you understand, plus panty liners) and it's CLOSED DOWN!!!!

I'd actually expected this a while ago, our town centre has been wrecked by a Tesco Extra store 100 yards outside it.

We also still have Boots, Savers and Wilko, plus Boyes and Poundstretcher who all sell similar lines.
Lord knows what will replace it, if anything. We don't have a pound shop, Home Bargains or BM Bargains though. However our Woolworths is still empty and it's by no means the only shop that is.

Charlie - I got a box of cereal yesterday, raisin huddle or something, no idea where it came from either, but still i'm not complaining.

I got the cereal too. But I defo didn't enter a FB competition (don't do them on FB). Weird.

I forgot to mention an IN from the weekend. My lovely friend gave me a travel size S&G Flake Away (50ml) to try after I mention I didn't want to buy a big tub if I didn't like it! :D

Funny, Mcculoch, they were discussing the decline of the high street on Jeremy Vine today. TBH, I don't go into town any more because the high street is the same as any high street anywhere in the country. It's depressing. I do love to have a wander down all of the back streets though at the little independant shops. I think that if I'm going to buy something from a big national then I'll buy it online with cashback and free delivery and a mighty discount thanks very much. At least I don't have to go trawling my way up and down the high street with arm fulls of carrier bags. So weighty.
I have been walking around with sticky stuff in my hair all blimmin day and I have no clue what it is or where it's come from. Can't wait for my bath tonight to get rid of the darn stuff.
My MiL retired today so I expect she'll be hanging around here a bit more come October. Heck if she does, I might get my decorating finished and my cupboards cleared because she'll help me out whereas DH won't!
Have managed to do painting today too without getting it all in my hair. That's a first :o.

Marzipan fish, how about practising up do's for your hair in case you haven't come to terms with it by Graduation day? I never bought my photos on the day because the whole day was so horrifyingly expensive. I think it cost us almost £100 for gowns and whatnot. My Aunty and Uncle were horrified that I wouldn't buy the pictures but my Uncle had his camera with him and took some photos of me in the doofa. He's a very good photographer so that'll do. Funnily enough, I haven't seen the photos though. It's a bug bear of mine that DH won't have photos around. I have some lovely ones of the kids and they are going up somewhere I just need to get on with it and start drilling some holes. That's a scary thought though!

ETA: Sara; send the dog round my way, I need my kitchen blinds down and can't get them down! He could do it for me :D.
