Sawan, please go to see your GP. Please, get him to check your blood pressure too. They may refer you on to get an eye test but don't just leave it especially if you're still not well. Please!

@ Sawan I agree with Kaz, but Id really get your eyes tested too as a precaution. I had glasses from the age of 10 until I was 18 and moved to uni where the optician told me I had 20/20 vision. Last year I started getting super bad migranes which lasted days on end, decided to go and get my eyes tested and it turns out I did need glasses again, and I hardly get the migranes at all now -normally only when Im too lazy to go find my glasses :o

    *hugs*

Sorry guys :( I know my eyes are ok as sister2 is an optometrist so she's already asked the questions. Will ask her to have a look for me tonight anyway. Dad has high bp so has a machine so will get him to check it tonight. If I'm still feeling funny tomorrow I promise I'll make an emergency appt with the gp for tomorrow. I would be lost without you ladies. You are all awesome *hugs* :)

Oh charlie that's annoying and also a bit freaky. Do you think you have a guerilla gardener?
Have had a lovely lie in until 12 today. So tired, I haven't slept properly for days. DS was in at 7.15 this morning wanting breakfast and DH said he ahdn't done their lunches either so I got up and did their breakfast and lunches. Then got back into bed and told DH he'd have to take them to school. He went mad because he's got to take them tomorrow because I won't be home from work in time but I don't think he get's it. I'm knackered and I'm working tonight so I would be going 26 hours without sleep whereas, yes I know he's tired but he gets to go to bed tonight. Grrrr. I don't know why I'm not sleeping though, it's terrible. I've got so much to do too and it's all down to me :( I've got a half finished window frame but DH's going to have to come and mark it because I can't get high enough to see. He'll go mad about that too I expect.
Awwww, seems like I'm having a woe is me day :o

Do you know, it SO isn't?! At very least it's down to you AND your OH - and if the kids are old enough to help, then time they were earning their keep as well IMO! As things stand at the moment you've got into a situation where you are just so tired and exhausted that you actually need to look after yourself - make YOU your first priority - nothing else is so urgent that it won't wait until you've sorted yourself out. You'rem probably not sleeping properly because you are now at the point of being too tired to do so, and at the points when your body feels it *could* sleep you're mentally telling it it can't because you have "so much to do".

Sawan - GO TO THE DOCTORS! TOMORROW! FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!

    Congratulations soon-to-be Auntie again Sarah!

SJP poor Immy - I really hope that by tomorrow she will have turned the corner and be well and truly on the mend.

Hopefully my copy of Glamour will turn up tomorrow - am looking forward to seeing what product I get!

supposedly theres a free dove shampoo and body cream oil (pickup at SemiChem) with the Daily Record, If I get up early enough I should get them for a bargain 35p.
That's the only toiletries for the month, unless more baragins appear.
Daily Record is 40p, I bought one today to get the free (FREE!!) Dove deodorant :D
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time

Ladies your good vibes (or the thought of being told off even more by you lot ) have helped. Feeling a bit better. My bp was perfect and my headache went away for a little while. Will definitely absolutely go to the GP tomorrow if I wake up awful again, I promise EH.

SJP Poor Immy Lou :( Huge hugs and positive vibes she's better quickly hun *hugs*

Kaz EH is right. I really hope you sleep like a log tonight :)

Congratulations Sarah! I never appreciated how hard it was to be an aunty, and it wasn't changing nappies or anything, but my niece becoming a teenager made me realise :eek:

Sawan, i get creshendo migraines, generally bad headaches/mild migraines build and build until i get hit by a whammy, it can go on for days usually because I refuse to give up/in to it. I do also find that if i get lots of headaches i probably need to get my eyes tested. It could be due to stress, hormones, blood pressure, air pressure (one of my triggers), lights (another of my triggers). Please get it checked out.
