Whoo... Just read through 8 pages.. its only the 4th:eek::eek:
I know the feeling - I just found us again and my word, but if we used up toiletries at the rate we nattered, this thread would be redundant! :rotfl:
Another UU: Neutrogena hand cream. WIBA? If necessary, but I have a terrible habit of trying to screw the lids on these too tight, and end up breaking them. The air then gets to the cream inside and tends to make it much thicker than it started, so I will try not to get some again, unless unavoidale. (Although, if I'm honest, there may have been a squeeze or two left in the tube I just threw out, but since I had got to the point where I practically had to break the tube in order to get it out, I think I can be forgiven, no?*)

SJP How frightening with the Little'un being so poorly - it's somehow more scary when they are so tiny isn't it. Glad to hear NHS Direct were good though.
Our camping trip was excellent - Magor Farm at Camborne in Cornwall, we've stayed there before and it's one of our favourite sites to be honest. The only minor annoyance was that we had two nights on the trot of absolutely deluging rain so interrupted sleep. Nothing that could be helped though!
Kaz Your poor DD - the edges of escalators are SO sharp aren't they, poor thing, I bet she'll be sore for a few days yet.
Pickle You've reminded me - the lid on the mini-mascara in my travel bag has cracked so that had better be thrown out and replaced. So - that is one mini Clinique High Impact Mascara being replaced with a mini Clinique High Lengths mascara - WIBA? - No, it was OK but nothing that special. Annoyingly I have one more mini mascara in the drawer but it looks like it might have dried out. I'll check tomorrow and report back.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

I bet if we all had a good rummage around we would all find loads that was damaged, but that we keep 'just in case'.
Best of luck with your mini-mascara, but if it has dried out, that's one more thing to evict and declutter, so it's not all bad! Please call me 'Pickle'

I've taken a bag of clothing to a charity shop but also included a box of Umberto Gianni Spa Rituals Brightening Elixir. It felt great to get rid of this. I had persevered with the other 2 boxes that I had but it never did anything for my hair and the thought of having to use it up was making my heart sink. This has taught me to think twice about stocking up on stuff when there's a glitch even though you've never tried the product!0

Morning!
Really sorry to hear about your daughter's fall, Kaz - that sounds awful. And I hope your littl'un is better soon, SJP - babies put the fear of God into you when they're ill.
Two UUs for me:
S&G Glad Hair Day shampoo - love it and would definitely BA.
Natraderm body lotion - this feels very boring to apply - no fragrance or anything - but it does a fab job of cooling and calming skin, so WBA
Now onto S&G Righteous butter0 -
Hi All,
So we’re now in June, cant believe were almost half way through the year! Shocking or what?
I think I’ve done ok for the first half of the year, technically it’s terrible compared to a normal person without a toiletries addiction but compared to how I have been in the past I’ve done ok. (yes I admit a have an addiction with buying toiletries)
So far I’ve spent/brought which I’m happy with:- £10 in the boots xmas sale (this was because there was hardly anything left in our local, thank god)
- 3 items in the xmas sale at bodyshop
- 1 bodyshop groupon which I used to get my friend something nice for her bday (plus a little bonus for me with what was left of the voucher)
- A few cheapo nail polishes – I’ve got a big black toe nail from when I caught it in the door last year and need something to cover it up until it grows outs, trying not to wear flip flops n sandals but its so hard in the summer when its hot.
- Clinque freebies in glamour, brought 4! (there not even products I like)
- Morrisons face care clearance, came back with numerous face creams which I wont use. Stupid buys
- Boots clearance section, naughty me brought a few mini’s, make up, socks n random shower gels. They weren’t even that cheap n I don’t even need mini’s as I wont be going on hol this year and seriously don’t need any shower gels until 2014. (big slap on wrist for me)
On the plus side:- My ikel pot of money is filling up nicely, I’ve been putting 50p in for every product I finish using, throw aways are not included but every time I’m tempted to slurge I put in £2 in 20p’s to remind myself I really don’t need anything. Not sure how much I have but it won’t be much more then £20.
- I’ve not brought anything in the recent bodyshop glitches only because I already have loads and as tempting as it was to get more stuff I know I won’t use them any time soon. Big thanks to whoever posted a pic of their soap and glory stash, this made me think twice about getting more stuff.
Finally big hugs for people who need them, we may not always post but you’re always in our thought and prayers.0 -
I forgot to say, I meant to paint my toenails on Thursday evening as we were off to the park on Friday. I couldn't find my little pouch of NV's anywhere so on Friday morning, I borrowed DD's nail set which does the designs and what not. I'm actually very impressed with this. It goes on very thinly but is nice and even. It dries so quickly that I was able to start the second coat as soon as I'd finished the first coat on all toes. I'm no good at art so I'm actually sporting blue toenails with orange spots!
I'll try to stick the name up here later when I remember.
The sanctuary body souffle is nearing the end and then I shall go stash shopping to find the next treat. I'm thinking a TBS one perhaps.
DH has opened up TBS satsuma shower gel but hasn't UU the rest of the cocoa butter shower gel. The bathroom needs a darn good clean today and I was tempted to use it for that but I don't want to waste it. I shall get the littlies to use it until it's gone. It's very thick stuff, I think that's why he's given up on it.
Remembered to put the hemp stuff on my feet when I crawled into bed at 2am after an evening spent sewing. Very annoyed with DH because he just left me to make the bed by myself. I asked him to do the grouting in the utility and he said no. I'm so bad at it, it's not funny. It just takes ages and frustrates me. What takes him 10 minutes will take me over an hour. Anyway, mustn't complain, it's done now (provided it doesn't shrink back too far) which leaves me free to get on and paint starting tomorrow. I had a sinking feeling the other day though when I pulled the tiles out of the cupboard and found 4 bottles of handwash in the cupboard
At least the bar of soap is almost finished though so I'll put one of them out. I've had them for about 5 years
after a muck up delivery from MrT's and a glitch with them.

Nuffinisfree I enjoyed reading your post and it's warming to think your thoughts are with us *hugs*
Kaz How are your legs today? And how's DD? I hope she's feeling better.
It reminded me of being in Debenhams Oxford St with sister1 last year. The girl ahead of us on the escalator going up was near the top & was wearing crocs & one got stuck! In the end she took her foot out of the shoe, the shoe was stuck and then suddenly went pop and went flying across the store, luckily it didn't hit anybody! The escalator broke down. The girl had such a close call, we were amazed she didn't give up on the shoe earlier
SJP I'm glad Immy Lou is feeling better. It is always worrying. Sister1 always worries when the youngest is ill.
Charlie forgot to say lovely pic, your hair looks beautiful.
xoxo I'm like that with clothes! I know what I want, I just don't know where to find it! :rotfl:
Major headache/dizziness/pain in eyes since last night. Was hoping I'd wake up ok but no such joy
Has anybody seen Juliebunny or thevicster recently? Or have i just missed posts in my skim-reading or forgotten they're away?

UU Ted Baker Bath Soak. WNBA, I don't really do bubble baths anyway but this didn't bubble much. The smell is lovely but its really not a product I use. I have another in the stash that I'm trying to get rid of:rotfl:0

Fiasco - Your London trip sounds nice, what show do you fancy seeing?Your London break sounds fab. MrM works away a lot and has qualified for a free night in a Premier Inn. We will be taking a short break ourselves using this in August but can't decide where to go. London will be too expensive for us though.

.
I haven't had a chance to have a good look around at what shows are on. I used to travel down to London frequently and have seen a lot of long running shows. I will be looking at the £10 tickets through Last Minute (+ quidco) as I have had some great seats for fab shows previously from there.
We are also taking the train down for the first time as we normally fly. But the last three times I have flown from Heathrow it has been a nightmare for various reasons. On the plus side the train was cheaper by £50 per person as BMI has stopped flights from Glasgow so the alternative was BA.
SJP - I hope the DD is feeling better today. It must have been quite frightening.
