If you have paid money to mofonez and not received a product or received a fake iphone then please private mail me as I have already began to take action against the company.
I received one fake iphone yesterday and my order was for 2 genuine ones!! I was told by alicia she would take it up with her manager and her director and try to resolve the matter amicably. She said she would call me back and never!!0 -
Dizzy dan - that's the story that my work mate got, minute he said bank transfer I was suss but he checked company house and payment was through the halifax (only temp setup, due to them being new), me and another colleague were hoping it was genuine (import from the USA at cost price), cos we'd have snapped the offer up too.
So sorry for anyone who has lost money, hope you get it sorted and very glad MSE forum is here, it's saved one person £350 and the hassles of trying to get the £350 back.
Thanks again

Hi, im sorry to hear what some of you say you have gone through, but i have to say that i ordered 2 iPhone 4 32Gb from mofonez and they did arrive in 3 days... I have took my phones to the Apple Store and the ones i received are 100% original i have had that confirmed by Apple. So all i no that they do sell 100% original iPhone 4s as i have ordered these only. Hope this helps.

Well that was good of you and very nice of you to take them to an Apple store to get them checked out and let us all know ...I'm sure that will be of a great help to those who have lost their money on dodgy phones from this companyVeestuarts wrote: »Well i took them to the apple store yesterday when i got them and today i seen this website in google about mofonez so i thought id let sign up and let u know my experience i had with them.

Im with silks on this one!! It must just be a coincidence that veestuarts has just signed up and is the only one to have had an alleged genuine order.
Maybe my mistake along with everyone elses was we ordered the 16gb ones instead of the 32gb ones!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
The fact of the matter is, Mofonez are a fraud and i have seen the proof!! As i said i ordered 2 iphone 4s and got one fake!! lol maybe the imbeciles that work for them cant count or even pick up the phone for that matter now either!!! Alicia cant even go on live chat now, also their phone lines is allegedly getting upgraded.....:rotfl:
I may have lost £700 but i aint lost my sense of humour! I was told my phone was posted in kensington high street and Alicia witnessed this, then my fake iphone arrives and the post code on the stamp is PR1 would you believe it thats a preston post code where the bank account is held that the money has to be sent too. The net is closing in on Mofonez and quite simply i hope the people that work for them get whats coming to them, some bed and breakfast inside 4 walls!!
Trust me people, this company is a fraud and the bank transfer being the only payment method says it all!!!
They told me on the phone before i placed my order that the price would be going up by 23% by friday 3rd june and they are still at the same price. They also said that their card machine would be in by then and its still not in. They dont answer the phone, they dont reply to email and they dont go on live chat anymore. Even after receiving one phone that was fake i spoke to alicia on live chat and requested a refund immediately for the other one i had paid for and i never got that and she was going to phone me back. Still waiting on the phone call!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Well surprise surprise, Mofonez has now edited their website and took the phone number off the site so you cant contact them via telephone!! This is becoming more laughable, who in their right mind would give a company money that you cant speak to them over the phone especially after reading the reviews of the fake goods that people have received on here!! Well if your reading this im sure this says it all, STAY AWAY FROM MOFONES!! All you will get for your money is either a fake iphone 4 or none at all!!
I can confidently say this from experience!0 -
Their registered address is a newsagents.
Quailty :rotfl:0 -
The only registered director is a youngish guy (26) called 'Andrew Llewellyn'. The company is simply too new for any other useful information to exist.
I'd avoid like the plague - Any organisation that asks for direct bank transfers and says it is because "we don't have card payments sorted yet" should set off every alarm going.0
