Wow... there seem to be a lot of extremely unhappy people with Tiscalli, I know every supplier has compalinants, but this looks bad. Perhaps I'll just go with BT, they're expensive, but at least I'll be getting reasonably good service.

After many months of problems with Talk Talk, I sent them a letter and email. They have apologised for the lack of service and have now cancelled my landline and broadband. Brilliant! No more Talk Talk!

Now, I will be paying more for Broadband and landline with BT, but I think the proof is in the pudding. You can't get something for nothing in this world.

I'm out after 3 months, if they are not providing the service you are paying for then there's no comeback. I got them to process my MAC code last friday which takes 5 days and I wasn't even challenged about the remaining contract period. Look at my other comments on the matter posted about Talktalk
