Sorry for going AWOL for the past few days but I've not been managing to have NSD's more like Low Spend Days.

But I've had a no spend weekend again (stayed in all weekend!!) so that takes my total up to 12 so far.

Agree with you about restaurants having inflated prices on Father's/Mother's/Valentine's Days. We are staying at home, with a lovely piece of roast beef, pop-overs (yorkshire puddings) and veg, followed by HM choc & beetroot brownie cake with choc-fudge icing...our preferred celebration food these days!!

Off out in to the garden now...seem to have been in the kitchen all day today, making bread (4 loaves) as well as the brownies and icing..soo much washing up! :eek:

Have a lovely evening all...need to get my ironing done tonight, so not able to join you for Jinty's knees-up...have a great time...I won't offer you any brownies this time...poor Jinty would be clearing up the mess tomorrow rather than having a lovely meal with her OH!!

Oh almost forgot...picked up NSD no 13 today...had to do a food shop yesterday after all. Still, doing well this month...only 5 more days to get, with 10 days left in the month...should do it!!
