I am gonna tackle making my delicious Jane Grigsons Rice Bread in her Book 'English Food' a gem of a loaf and I don't spend today plus attack some Organic Flour which please God i hope is alright.
I have to use up Freezer as there has been lots of build up and the Freezer door is not shutting properly. Baked Bean Pasties with Bacon and the new Veggie Versions have been triumphs in using up cans of Baked Beans and are delicious enough to mean moi is not going for the Ready mades at Tesco.

Ohh the pasties sound yummy - would you mind sharing the recipie? (esp the veggie version for my OH) :D

At this rate we'll be writing a NSD Crew Cook Book :D (*ponders* actually not a bad idea...)

It's NSD 2 for me today. Not too bad, but I've not felt really in control of my spending this week.

Anyway, off we go with new week, I'm hoping for at least 3 NSD's.

    Hi!

Can I go for 10 NSD's again and 3 in a Row please. I know I doubled that last month, but I think small targets work best for me! Am on half term this week so hopefully the fact that I need to write reports and plan for next term will keep me out of the shops. Saying that spendy day for me today due to DD's coming out!

    Thanks! :)

Well reports didn't keep me out of the shops! I went window shopping yesterday in a bid to get away from them! It was just window shopping however which was good but staying up till midnight finishing reports wasn't....:(

    So update on my NSD's

    June 4th NSD 3
    June 5th NSD 4

So almost halfway to meeting my 1st target and have met my 3 in a row challenge! Am suprised I did it so early in the month but know I will have spendy days coming up this week as OH is poorly today and I will probably have to go buy medicine tomorrow as I didn't realise I was not as well stocked as I thought! Think whatever he has got is slowly making it's way over to me. Or it could be I have to go to work tomorrow and I can't face going in! It will soon be public knowledge I am moving on and I have already had some negative reactions which have made me doubt whether I made the right choice....:embarasse

Anyway, back on track... can I try for a new 4 IN A ROW challenge please.

    Thanks!

That's it...I'm declaring NSD #3 :j Done quite well getting off the mark this month - long may it continue. I need to get kitchen roll (cheaper at Mr W I've found - in town) and will peruse the gardening bits in the £1-1p shop tomorrow to see what they have - if its worth it I'll get the stuff all at once, though given the weather there doesn't seem so much point atm.

Right, off to finish my cuppa and make the sarnies for work .... oh the glamour :p
