Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh! No, I'm not doing monkey impressions, I am just trying very hard to contain my excitement at getting another NSD.
That's now 2 for the Nargle!!!!
Just recovering from humunguous Sunday lunch, lot of prep done by OH whilst I was out in the garden, and it was luvverly! Roast chicken, sky-high Yorkshire pud, roast potatoes, broccoli, stuffing, Vichy style carrots, gravy followed by strawberries with white chocolate buttons (I am such a big kid, me!)served with cream. Washed down with "lashings of ginger beer" to quote Enid Blyton (we like the fiery stuff from Mr T, Mr S or Aldi).
Will probably have tinned salmon sarnies later with lemon and lime jelly and lemon drizzle cake.
Must see about meal planning for next week, but first a quick waltz round the forums! One life - your life - live it!0 -

MrS drunkenly said last night he will be paying for dinner tonight (friends engagement celebration) so hopefully he remembers and I can continue with my NSD!
Well I had the same trouble as you last night, was still awake at 2am knowing I had to be up for the car boot today, grrrr. Tbh not sure it was worth it, we got stuck at the back virtually in the corner and people just didn't seem to be buying today. Even things that normally sell quite well like mens' shirts I was left with.
Made the grand sum of £26.60, which I know I shouldn't grumble about as it's better than nowt, and a lot of money to some, but usually I'm a bit more successful. Also was mulling over buying OH an exercsie mat from the stall oppositite (been looking at it all day and I know he wants one) then just as my back was turned packing up (before I went over) someone came along and bought it. My own silly fault for not acting sooner.Nargleblast wrote: »Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh! Ohhh...any leftovers? I LOVE yorkie puddings nom nom nom!
Well I'm not declaring a NSD just yet but it's looking good. Need to put the car boot stuff away (all dusty from the field) and do some chores (dishwasher still full from when I went out this morning...OH on sofa... say no more....bite tongue) and then i might even settle down with last nights Doctor Who later on. Wild evening for meFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

And PLEASE be careful with the electrics, we don't want you fried or Igor might try and serve you up with mint sauce at our next outing... no seriously, be careful, I've heard so many horror stories about outdoor electrics - it's something you can never be too careful with xFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I am gonna tackle making my delicious Jane Grigsons Rice Bread in her Book 'English Food' a gem of a loaf and I don't spend today plus attack some Organic Flour which please God i hope is alright.
I have to use up Freezer as there has been lots of build up and the Freezer door is not shutting properly. Baked Bean Pasties with Bacon and the new Veggie Versions have been triumphs in using up cans of Baked Beans and are delicious enough to mean moi is not going for the Ready mades at Tesco.
So tonight hopefully I will be able to post NSD No 2 tonight using my 'Spending is yucky during the Weekend unless I have too' Philosophy.
Everyone is so productive must make sure I am well in this Happy Crew and adding my Party Sparkle or whatever to whatever is going on.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
