Just a quick visit to declare NSD #2. Good news from the landlord, he said yes and doesn't want any extra money at the moment. Though if I don't find something by the end of my contract then he will, which is fair enough. :j
So I will have wonderful weekend with my friends with the knowledge I will be coming back soon.
Have a great weekend all.
xx
That's great RockCakes, glad you got a good result there! Hope you had a great weekend!

Good morning all!
Got #2 in the bag!
Yesterday we were in the garden most of the day. Our patio furniture needed a bit of TLC, so we gave it a good going over with Cuprin0£ oil. Looks great now!
Also ordered a bit of decking that we've been needing to finish off a little area. I shopped around and got a reasonable deal plus cashback so I'm happy with that. OH will fit it, so big saving there!
Today I will finish off the planting of my bedding plants, quite chuffed the way the garden is shaping up this year.
Dont think it will be a nsd though as I need a couple of things from bandq. Our BBQ cover didnt survive the winter and needs replacing so I will get that today ( boring but cheaper than buying a new BBQ)
Preserve, maintain and protect is my motto this year!
Have a lovely day everyone!:)

I am aiming for at least 4 next week and I'll be chuffed if I suceed.
Well done to everyone who's managed with the challenge so far, keep going.

hows everyone's week been so far?
With the kids being off , the weather being crazy, two days hot sun three days baltic winter like weather crazy!
Any ways i did i got 4 in a row :j:j:j
Managed only to spend the money i had in my purse:D:D.
The car needed fixing , BUT joyfully had the money in cash all nicely wadded up in an envelope ready for it to happen. Been saving up for about six weeks so we wouldn't have nasty shocks. Quite proud as its the first time in 8 months we've able to actually start a car fund!
so far so good, today might be a spend day, as the boot sales are on, but not sure yet.
Now just need to catch up with the thread.
Have a good day all x0 -
So far no spends, made just under £30 each on the car boot which I can't complain at I guess... also got just under £45 for ebay things finishing today and hopefully I haven't undercharged p&p too much. MrS drunkenly said last night he will be paying for dinner tonight (friends engagement celebration) so hopefully he remembers and I can continue with my NSD!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16
