Well done to everyone so far!!
I had a spendy day todayI left my dinner in the kitchen and had a horrible day at work so I was lured into the shops at lunch time.... Oh well, Friday tomorrow, so its not all bad!
Thanks for your welcome, I think I will be able to save quite a bit this month with you lot keeping tabs on me!!0 -
Hello!
Not so good week for me. Off work this week to organise all the little bits for my wedding so its been spend spend spend since payday.
Though it needs to be done, i need to be organised! Cant be buying gifts and thankyou presents the week before! Roll on next week when I am back at work and I will not be spending a penny (hopefully!) also fingers crossed my OH gets the job he is being interviewed for tomorrow! If he does, we will have over £200 spare a month to throw at some of our debts :-)
Happy Sunny Evening everyone.....Jo x**NSD Challenge** 6/8 June 8/7 May 6/7 April

Spendy day here today, as I had to do the weekly shop, hoping tomorrow will be the first of many NSD's though.

Better have a phonn-dooo at this shin-dig, & a smoked salmon pate ring with cucumber scales! And M4rtini, C1nzan0 & a party 7  Ooohhh & as per the season, we could wear cheesecloth & love beads *wonders where heart shaped sunglasses are hiding*
I thought I only needed bread yesterday but ended up doing most of the weekly shop. Now I have to go out tomorrow because I thought we had enough fruit & sugar; that'll teach me to trying to be a big-boots & only having one spendy a week

Thought I was being a bit optimistic - DS wanted me to take him into town so we changed the library books, got his friend's birthday present (a giant yellow rubber duck - his friend collects them), traded in some Xbox games, got another game for just 95pence on top of the traded in games, and then I thought - might as well get those few bits of shopping while I am here. Ah well, at least there are still 28 days to go for me to collect my 12 NSDs!
Big M - fondue sounds good. If we are going all sixties/seventies at our Midsummer bash, don't forget the Black Forest Gateau, Blue Nun, Pimms, prawn cocktail, cheese and wine and chicken or scampi in a basket! I am sure Igor will man the deep fat fryer for us. Must remember to dig out the psychedelic specs and the patchouli oil.One life - your life - live it!0 -
