Re-fresh button is the same as the stop button.
ie it alters it's function depending on what the page is doing - loading or loaded... and it changes its appearence accordingly.
its at the far RHS of the window/bar where your type the web address in that you want to view0 -
Type about:config in the location bar, agree the warning, look for
browser.history_expire_days.mirror;180
browser.history_expire_days_min;1
See what you have, mine is set to clear when closed
To change, left click it to highlight, right click, click modify

Not on mine it isn't, no stop or refresh button.

OK sorted the "save and quit".
On the browser click on History, then click "restore preveious session". it then gives the "save and quit" option when closing down.

Answer for my Q above, Can I get the progress bar back on the bottom task bar same as 3.6.17?
Only with an add-on AFAIK. This one will do the job https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/status-4-evar/
It gives you the option to display it in the status bar or as an overlay of the address bar.
In my opinion FF4 is quick enough to make it unnecessary.0 -
OK found the refresh/reload current page button.
Is that the one that you were certain wasn't there?
Use XMarks to backup and sync your bookmarks. Helpful if you accidently delete one, you can login and restore from a backup.
Just updated this morning, I deleted everything Firefox. Only one addon not supported.
Even with 4GB RAM etc, it somehow seems faster.Move along, nothing to see.0 -

Yep, that's it:D was looking FAR right instead of just the addy bar, and have now moved both buttons onto the tool bar so that they are plainly visible.
Am using XMarks so that should be OK.
