I renewed 4th May and told to wait until 15 June. Phoned today still not processed. Told they can take 8 weeks. I asked if they want any more information, lady checked notes and said there was nothing on their requesting any info, so I will just have to wait. It is the longest I have ever waited for renewal and I do not have childcare.

Exactly the same at least not only one. Told call back after 30th June

Yes and i have told them they are wrong but just told to put some by. But if you dont know how much u owe how can u budget. They must share some of the blame in putting me in this sitiation.
So have to wait until 30th June
