    A good day! :)

All my list crossed off! Have cancelled my gym membership, I'm just not using it! So will be £45 a month better off from next month. I know I need a plan to exercise but will be sticking to home exercise plans, at least they are free

And have done a 15 minutes housework blast, which is my new plan to keep on top of 'stuff' through the week

Time for some 'goddessing' and am going to dig out my Slendertone

Have eaten well today too - baby steps all the way :D

Have had mine a couple of years and used it on and off :o Don't think results are amazing but it definatley helps if you stick with it (have slightly aching muscles today as if I'd been doing sit ups!)

Feeling quite tired and headachy today so haven't done the 'exercise' bit on my list. Done the rest of it though, including the 15 mins of 'chores'. Am pleased I've got a few niggly jobs out of the way this week, giving myself one target a day instead of a never ending list really seems to work for me! And I'm pleased that my eating hasn't gone mad as soon as I'm tired :)

Paid my bills and done my totals. Under £17k now, still a long way to go but I am pleased it's steadily going down each month and I'm not increasing my overall debt. In that vein, I have just paid my Cap One card in full, 2nd month running - can I really be learning to manage my money :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Time to settle down for the Apprentice now :D
