If you are looking to make a lifestyle change then you have to incorporate chocolate into your diet. Whats the point of life otherwise ? :D

I still have a layer of gel on as a base as my nails are so weak but so far so good! Will probably keep the gel for a couple of months to build some strength then decide what to do

Been away for a friend's 40th which was fab - but way too much eating and drinking!

However, I have managed to lose 2lbs this week which I'm chuffed about :j Treated my self to new jeans yesterday but I did need them - and fitted into a 12 too :D

Being lazy today (bit hungover :o) but plan to have a productive week!

  • That's really good to still have lost 2lb whilst not really trying ;) I have probably stayed the same this week as I am still kind of in holiday mood with the holiday blues. I am such an emotional eater and am a bit fed up at the moment so food is my best friend. I have a freezer full of ice creams which isn't helping, and a fridge full of cheese which is another temptation when I am fed up ;)

And to top it all off, I haven't taken my make up off once since returning from holiday and haven't moisturised either :o MUST TRY HARDER lol :rotfl:

When we are at home and everyday life is just plodding on, I find there is never enough time and too many things going on and knackered all the time. On holiday I feel as if that big weight is lifted off my shoulders and feel so chilled out, relaxed and upbeat. Need to try and implement that all the time
    Just keep swimming!
