If any of the cards are credit cards, then you have section seventy-five of the Consumer Credit Act to fall back on. Contact your card provider and discuss it with them. They have a joint responsibility with the retailer, so if the retailer no longer exists, your claim is with your card provider.
Many debit card providers also offer a "charge-back" scheme and this may be helpful to you.The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -

Thanks everyone for all the posts!! Had a letter through from the liquidators and the case handler is extremely helpful - only too happy to answer any questions I had - if anyone else has had this letter I recommend ringing them - they have told me to claim the servicing back with a copy of the invoice for the amount I had to pay for my most recent service with a different company £145!!! but it will take 2-3 years for the claim to go through - but worth doing if it means we get some pennies at the end of itBecame a first time buyer quite unexpectedly in June 2013!! :j0
