I do not think I would of had such an easy switch to a full contract if I ordered via the website though. So I guess for an easier time it is best to phone.Here to learn and pass on my experiences.

be fine mate online, just go onto the upgrades sectionDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Tried that, entered my number and it came back "You are not able to upgrade via the website so please phone ************"
Not that it matters now, new phone arrived yesterday and I love it
