Tony Blair and his lot got rid of Treason as it was incompatible with the Right To Life under the Human Rights Act, LoL, and was in breach of some EU doctrine probably.

I wouldn't be surprised if the ways and means act was used creatively by plod to make life a bit difficult for Shoal in the future, especially as H.M. The Queen was lunching with one of the largest PPC sharks in the pool.

Looking at section 7 of the ticket, it would appear that UKCPS, expect the police officer ticketed to cough up the invoice amount charged, obviously that isn't going to happen :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: and the appeal on police headed paper will be rejected as per usual. Wonder if they would then threaten the Chief Constable with a Norwich Pharmacal Order to make him name the driver LoL :-)
