Took me about half an hour to finally get on the site, see what I wanted and then pay for it, but I got there in the end.... kept getting 'Bad gateway' too.

Codes worked fine for me - the one from HDUK says it's only for customers who have their email address already registered with Whittard, which I luckily I did.
