Maybe it's the way you entered the codes? Last timethere was a glitch I think u had to enter a certain one first? I've just done order&went through fine&was using Internet explorer. I used the 25% off first (the one on the website) then used the 25% off&free delivery one second (one off hotukdeals) hope that helps solve the issue.x0

Thanks for replying- it must remember the IP address cus I have tried sooo many times now! :mad: The annoying thing is that I havent used the code before! Oh well- you win some you lose some.........:(lovin' this site!

I just used a work address and this worked fine (actually, though, I'm not sure I used that free delivery code before, so maybe I could've used my regular addy). BUT if it is the IP address causing problems for some and you want the deal badly enough for a slight bit of trouble, download Hotspot Shield. It's free and will give you a different IP address.
Or, before that, try using a different browser to the one you normally use -- has the same effect as clearing all your cookies and such without having to actually do that (I prefer not to as I don't want to re-input all my saved passwords!). That might be the source of the problem.0 -

I believe you would have to open a new account, and possibly use a different mailing address/credit card.0 -
I don't think it can be ip address unless I got lucky as i used exactly the same computer,address,etc as last time all I changed was email addy??0
