have been with them for 2 years. All well until 2 weeks ago when my speeds plumeted. They have frankly not been very good since. Speeds still crawling and no idea yet when it will be fixed. Took them 10 days to pass it to BT0

I've been with them for just over 12 months BB+phone, solid, reliable, fast connection and no billing cockups to date. Never had to phone them once.0
