anniestar - we may only be virtual people here but we are all your friendsFB Hope you find somewhere nice with your view! Maybe if you do go in with your neighbour you could agree to review the situation in 6 months, with a no-questions-asked out-clause at that point?
I think we will move to another flat/house in this complex if we do move in together so will still have the view!6month thing is a good idea, but then again I don't want to have to move again! Which is why I'm going to give it lots of thought.
Toyboy is on his way overwe gonna watch a DVD. He is away all weekend with friends, then off to stay with his dad for few days so won't see him for awhile. But we have made plans for another proper date when he gets back

Evening all,
Thought that I posted earlier, maybe not.
Its been a long day....up at 4 to bring DD3 and BF to airport, managed to hold back the tears so proud of myself, had a little weep on way back to car, should hear from them to-morrow morning, they arrive Perth around 8am our time I think. OH has got worse as the day went on, he went off to bed about 8, having had a big whinge....
Anniestar....hugs and much love, keep talking to us, even if only about the weather!
Esmf...sorry to hear about your MIL, hugs to you all.
Silvermaid....baby steps is the way to go at present, try to think of happy times, it helps eventually.
Went out for lunch, didn't feel like cooking, wanted to stay out of house as much as possible, had chicken goujons, salad and chips, low fat starts next week....I think.
Looking forward to DD2 and granddaughters coming on Saturday, schools here don't have mid-term now as they finish for summer at end of June, so will probably take them swimming a couple of times.
Hugs to everyone who needs or wants one, life can sometimes be one problem after another, can't it?
Fed up with wind and rain now, would like a few settled days to work in garden.
Sleep well all,

Evening everyone
Sorry not managing to post every day, not sure where the time goes. I am now working part time approx 16 hours a week in a local pub/restaurant owned by a major company. However I went in yesterday evening thinking I was doing four hours and after an hour and half they were drawing lots for who was to go home early as it was so quiet, so I opted to go as my daughter and her husband were down visiting andI couldn't get time off. However I only get paid yesterday for the time I worked. Seems wrong that they can ask you to go in then only pay for part of the shift if its quiet. Anyway Im still looking for something else.
os today house hoovered thoughout, lounge dusted, wm and dw done.Kitchen also cleaned. I have spent alot of time in the garden over last few days so that is looking good. my few vegs that I have planted seem to have disappeared, think it may be down to the dog digging and running through veg plot and pulling up plants!!
We are going away for a few days next week whilst ds2 is t his dads so spending 2 nights in Bowness and 2 nights in Harrogate, whilst in yorkshire hoping to go to fountains abbey as I spent my childhood camping there on my uncles farm next door and also to visit the moor top where my dads ashes were scattered, he died when I was 8 years old, he was 38. I just sometimes feel the need to go there every so often.
DS2 had a major strop tonight, he struggles with homework and gets really frustrated and angry and takes it out on me. we had a battle for an hour and managed 1 page of work again. I am going to see his teacher tomorrow to see if we can have a bit longer for this project till after half term. I dont know how he will cope(or me) when he gets to secondary school with even more homework.
Silvermaid - sorry to hear of the loss of your mum, thinking of you and yor family.
ESm73 _ sorry to hear of the loss of your mil, thinking of your family too.
NPM - ((Hugs)) thinking of you and Noah, hope the holidays are not too stressful for noah.
Bitsy _ hope Daisy is still improving.
Anniestar - ((Hugs)) As others have said you have all your friends on here, please keep posting.
Good Luck to all those taking exams this week. Sorry If I have missed anyone. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care.

Hello all
It's been a busy day today but I was determined that I was at least going to drop in to say 'hi' on my way to bed.
I've now got 55 items on ebay and my eyes are set on the £375 target set by donnajt!)
Tea tonight was granny soup from the freezer (no granny's were harmed in the making of this soup).
Food shopping day tomorrow and I have to be extra careful as I only have £17 until pay day on Tuesday - time to menu plan again I think! We've got plenty in the freezer and cupboards - it's just a matter of putting it together into something resembling a meal!
((Hugs)) to all who need them. Life's knocked me down a few times and I just couldn't even lift my head to see the light - but that doesn't mean it wasn't there. We're all here for you.
Really enjoying the Coal House at War series. The rest of the family said they weren't interested but still sat and watched it with me and then came to the unanimous decision that we should all go to Eden Camp for Bank Holiday Monday!!
Night night.
