Good Morning all.
I hate Tesco so am making a list to take advantage of them. Have my money off vouchers that I've "earned" & a £6 off a £40 shop. So am going to stock up on essentials. And then never shop there again.
Today is mainly more paranoid cleaning as MiL is coming up this w/e.
DH is home this evening. Assuming the ash cloud stays away.
Want to get the bedding washed today, not sure what's happening with the weather though. So will strip mine 1st & go from there.
ESMF, so sorry to hear about your MiL xxx
Sister Cas, good luck to your dd. And any others taking exams today.

Morning everyone
Esmf - sorry to hear your sad news, take comfort in that she is no longer in pain, hugs to you and yours x
How do I get smilies? Really want some!
Overcast, windy and chilly here this morning. DH up and off to work at stupid early o'clock. Dinner last night was delicious roast chicken, have a little meat left on the carcass so will be doing something with that today. Not sure what we'll be having for dinner tonight, but have lots of chores to do and need to meet DH at the caravan to do a couple of jobs before we head off in the morning, so need something I can put in the oven and leave to cook whilst we're out.
Will be heading to the bank, GPO, and shopping shortly. Then need to pack, do housework, ironing and baking/cooking some food to take with us.
Had my hair hi-lighted yesterday afternoon so feels and looks much better. Will be getting back to the healthier eating (haven't strayed too much) once we get back on Monday, really want to get this last few pounds off and then start exercising to build some stamina and tone-up (think that could be a long job!). Have ordered some tankini type things from catalogue last night, not had anything like that before so if they look horrendous I can just send them back!!
Well need to crack on.
Not much else to say really, keep safe and well everyone, hugs to those that need them.

esmf - sorry to hear your sad news, hope hubby is okay.
Good morning all!
We have been paid! Wahhoooo. So dropped OH off at work and got some petrol, he's got petrol station food for lunch today, going for a much needed food shop tonight. Need to try and meal plan till tuesday when i can do a big shop.
So OH is in a good mood for the moment, Dog is walked as he can't go with OH today. I'm enjoying a cuppa before going to work - my plan to get in early didn't work as had to run OH around but never mind, i can always work late if need be.
Lunch today is a muller corner and a tin (ARGH) of ravioli, I was tempted to also go for a garage lunch, but thought i should continue to eat what we've got in the house as i'm giving one of my debts a big push this month and putting as much money towards it as possible.
Not much OS planned today as my evening will be spent going around a new morrisons i found near me, it's next to a tesco direct shop too where i hope to get some throws if they're priced right to go in our winter store.
Have a lovely day all

Bargainbird - they're not strictly new..just new to me! In Bracknell (are you local to me?!) not in the town but out the outskirts. I've never been there before but went with OH's dad a few weeks ago and have been waiting to get some dosh together to go back and properly explore (sans father in law, who would not find it as fun as me!)Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

Morning All
No washing today because we have had rain already this morning and the forecast is dodgy so it can wait until the weekend. But can't complain we really really need the rain.
