yes, the problem we've both had is that it does not WORK for 14 straight days....

it physically stops working, no internet connection.... a restart cures it for a while but then back it comes agin, the last one took less and less time to reach that point

  • I have had HH for 6 weeks, the thing is fine technically but a little bit ugly. My main issue is that there is a usb port on it but you can not connect peripherals to it i.e. wirless print. Although apparently this maybe made possible by a future software upgrade!

You will need one off if you subscribe to BT Vision in the future
  • make sure it's not near anythings like behind a wall were there is a fridge or a microwave this can sometime knock the connections off I had to move mine on day 7 which was a friday and was told by bt that fridges and microwaves interfere with the transmitter on the hub so had to re-arrange my sittingroom to accommodate this as there was only a wall stopping any interference on the other side was my microwave and fridge this may help a friend off mine said his internet goes off every friday and he has'nt got the hub bt say its lots of traffic,

the connections good....it just does not do anything at all, signal strength and diagnostics fine but web pages just do not load, you turn the hub off and on then it works again, it also sometimes refuses to get a connection in the first place as it cannot acquire an IP address..if it was interference i would get it on the other BT voyager router ???
