From my professional experience, I would say this design is VERY poor. Too many small cabinets, mixing drawerline and highline cabinets spoils the lines, the whole thing just doesn't "feel" right...
I agree. I'd put that design in the bin. It's not a design it's a mish mash of kitchen units.

Yup, I'll post the links on here when I get home tonight. we designed 0urs buy having all the stuff on one side
and having a big dinning area by the window with a big table and a few chairs.

The window isn't as deep as it is in the plans. I think it's only an inch or so below the worktop level. Unfortunately I can't replace it because it's brand new. I'm kicking myself for not making the window smaller and allowing the sink to be under it like you've suggested. Too late now though.
Its never too late to get what you really want especially if its your dream home and you plan to stay, if not then it doesn't matter.0 -

I think you could still make some more improvements.
Do you have to have a built under double oven? You just have 2 really small ovens, I think a decent single oven is much better. Or can you put the oven/s in a tall unit where the tall larders are?
Do you really want a visible stainless steel extractor? I think the area above the worktop on this wall looks all up and down. I think it would look much better with same height wall units all the way along this wall with an integrated telescopic extractor. The idea of the half height wall unit at high level over the sink is very old fashioned and really un-necessary.
On the other wall the 2 tall larder units would look much better if both 400 mm wide units or one 800 mm wide larder with double doors. (Although the ovens in a tall unit here at eye level would I think be much better).
Can you do something different with the breakfast bar? I personally think a breakfast bar where you both face a wall even if in front of a window is poor design, can you not turn the breakfast bar and give yourself more base unit storage? Also I hate 150 mm wide wine racks, to me they are just make up units to cover the inabilities of the designer and kitchen manufacturer.
Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh but I think you can make more of the space.

You're right CK, a lot more could be done with the layout, however I have based what I did around two assumptions:
1) The OP wants a double oven (and it makes sense to have it on the same wall as the hob, to reduce the travelling distance between the two, using the Dynamic Space theorem)
2) The OP is getting the kitchen from one of the sheds (or Howdens) due to the fact Planit is the design software that has been used.
None of the multiples do a 400mm or 800mm larder (especially not with a pull and swing larder) but I completely agree about the wine rack, something better could be done there. (Maybe use 2 x 300mm drawer packs instead of the 500mm and the wine rack)
Practically, I don't think turning the breakfast bar round 90 degrees would be of benefit, as it then makes the through-fair between the internal and external doors more awkward. Also, we don't know what the view from that window is, it may be an amazing view that the OP wants to view from the comfort of their new kitchenIf it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
