Please give advice on this kitchen design.

Is there anything you would change about the layout and design of this kitchen?

Across the other side of the room there is a huge larder unit, breakfast bar and more draws so there should be plenty of storage space. I'm just not sure about the glass cabinets or the layout of the doors, etc.

Any advice would be appreciated.

P.S) The handles of the small 200mm cupboards either side of the oven should actually have matching handles. The base unit on the far right is an integrated dish washer, hence the handle on the top of the door.

    Where's the fridge?

Do you want any more worktop on the right hand side of the drainer?

Do you want any more worktop between the hob and sink?

Do you want 2 glass fronted wall cupboards, or would one be enough?

You have 2 narrow base cupboards, would stuff at the back of these be difficult to access?

i would move the oven, hob & extractor 200mm to the left, dispense with some of the 200mm units and replace with 400mm units.

Do you have a plan view of the entire room? I would also ask where the fridge is going to be.

One further comment, you only seem to have two plug sockets, are you sure that's enough?
Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j

Where would the fused switched spur for the dishwasher go? Can you have one near the drainer?

From my professional experience, I would say this design is VERY poor. Too many small cabinets, mixing drawerline and highline cabinets spoils the lines, the whole thing just doesn't "feel" right...
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Would you have the drawers on the left hand side of the cooker and highline on the right hand side?

Could put it inside one of the cupboards.

Thanks for the comments. I've now added more images to my first post including the full plan of the kitchen.
We're having an American fridge/freezer to the left of the door which I've added to the plan in red.

I think the small 200mm cupboards are pull out ones so access to the things at the back should be OK. I am open to losing them though if you think it's better move the oven moved slightly to maximise worktop space. The worktop length is 3.5 meters though so that should hopefully be enough for cooking, etc. There's also doing to be a 2 meter length breakfast bar on the other side of the room.

We will be having at least 4 plug sockets on that wall.

Sink is a bit far from the fridge, the sink-cooker-fridge triangle is uneven.

When you empty the dishwasher, which cupboard would you put the crockery in?

Thanks. I do agree with you, something doesn't feel right about it. To be fair, this was quickly designed by me and my brother and we've never designed a kitchen before in our lives. Our kitchen designer did come up with a different design using much larger 800mm draws but we didn't like it so we asked him to change it to the above.

I'd really appreciate it if you could advise us on how we can improve it. From reading the comments I think I am going to remove the 200mm cupboards as they seem like a waste of space. I just want to make it look right and be practical at the same time.
