I have just found this on a consumer website:

QUOTE "A trader who mistakenly prices a product (for example, “28 inch widescreen television for £39.90” instead of £399) is not obliged to honour that price unless the transaction has already been completed. The trader must nevertheless take immediate steps to rectify the mistake".

I wonder where I stand as they have already charged my card for the other items I bought.

Would someone mind PM'ng me the security glitch info? Ive used avon for my SIL a few times and Im a bit worried now!

I haven't received an email either, I went for the free postage, but like others, I expect they will get to me sooner than later. I did later order something else that I did pay for but with free postage, so I suppose they will send that. I am a little concerned about the security as well

showing name, address, and order details.. + order history + email..

found that someone has made 3 separate orders of 30, 48, 108 units..

I have to say to whoever did that, its disgusting. Take a couple like everyone else, thats just pure greed!

I asked the exact same question last night! But it is shocking to see how easy it is to do:mad:

We can't discuss it further due to security issues etc.

Hope Avon repair it asap!!!
