AVON PRICE ERROR free 500ml bubble bath for xmas!

i placed 2 orders 1 for the free bubble baths and another in which i paid for some handcream and used the birthday code plus 2free bubble baths-they are both showing as processing. I wasnt being greedy if they both arrive im passing the extras on to locol womens refuge.I placed 2 orders because i was worried that they might not honour the order without another purchase.

I ordered 2 and it is showing as processing. I am still waiting for an order that was supposed to have been shipped on 1st December, I emailed them last week and they are contacting their carriers so I hope this one turns up.

My credit card has been charged tonight and the order still says processing.
We may think we're home & dry on this but there is nothing to stop them sending us the bubblies, just our paid goods.

As said before AVON you better start recruiting a few more staff in the returns department.

Mine too is still showing as processing so I shan't hold my breathe waiting for the postman. Best go and buy some Asda Bubble bath!

Looks like I've missed out.....order was coming through as £4 now (free delivery still working with those codes though).

With all my boots points, not worth it if it's not a freebie.

It seems most of the posts related to Avons inability to keep their site secure have been deleted.

Once again, it's possible for just about anyone to view current and past orders, name and address, email address and signature of person who takes delivery c/o Lynx.

I'd be very careful in doing business with thm until the site is secure.

I don't care about their 'FREE' bubblebath anymore!!! - I've emailed them and asked them to REMOVE all of my details/orders etc. I think I'll phone them as well!.

hi my freind ordered 2 and put free delivery in and her order has been cancelled i ordered 2 and paid p & p and they have charged my account so i think im gonna get mine ... ahhh bubbles

Agreed, we shouldn't further highlight the way to exploit, however I think it was a bit rash that the topics were removed in their entirety, denying mse'rs the opportunity to refrain from shopping on a less than secure site until the situation was rectified..
