Also has anyone visited the skegness or spalding store recently? Really need some bathroom paint but the going rate seems to be about £16 for 2.5l everywhere - want to get it cheaper if poss!

Went into Pembroke Dock today, they haven't got a closure date yet, or so he said. Most of the stock has been moved into about a quarter of the store, lots of it taped off. There's lots of emulsion paint, timber treatment etc. Masonry paint if you like dark pink or black! Compost is down to £2.97 here, but testers are 12 for a £1 (Why aren't they 20 as elsewhere?)
I took the 10% voucher in, the cashier hadn't seen one before, but someone else knew where the barcode he needed was. He gave me the voucher back in case I wanted to use it again, but I passed it on to someone with a trolley load of bags of bark, he was chuffed when I saw him in carpark because the voucher saved him even more. OH might go back again tomorrow and stock up on compost, we'll never find it at that price again round here, and it probably won't go off!

the other weekend i was in there and mostly paint wall paper and garden furniture they had just had 150 patio sets of large ovral type and six chairs and were selling them at arround £80 . but when speaking to staff they are being used as a dumping ground .... stock from other stores being sent there they have been told will be they last store to close. got some really good savings . so was happy .

In the Uttoxeter store today, tester pots of paint, millions of them, lol, 1p each. Aisles and aisles of paint, all kinds, inc kitchen and bathromm, 60% off, but the rest of the store is an absolute shambles of nothingness

I was at the store last week, If possible get the dulux colour match paint..much better quality and price. They still had some 5 litre cans available in store.

I have a receipt just like this one.I'm sure that you never walked out of the store with something for nothing, after all they need to get as much money in as possible.The receipt you have posted is the one that they print to get register the price and discounts on the system. Then they print another one at the price they are going to sell it to you. ( I haggled the price down to lower than the discount) I know this because my receipt also says £0 to pay and then they put my sale through as a 'bundle deal' and I got another receipt.

Paint now 60% off at Stamford, there own brand 5litre paint is £4.40

Got several tins of paint at Malvern store today - all 60% off and loads left. Some other bits and pieces such as bathrooms, kitchens from display and electrical stuff too.
