    not batting away anything.

i actually feel genuinely sorry for people that have screwed themselves up financially, it explains a lot why they can't afford to buy a house.

it's there fault, no one elses.

Has Graham screwed his finances up ? If so, you don't seem very sorry for him.

well losing £28,000 plus is not something to be laughed at.

that would be £100 plus per month less each and every month on your mortgage repayments for the next 25 years. that's a fair amount of cash. you have to feel a bit of sorrow if someone was in that situation.

You must try harder to not be such a nasty piece of work. You may not be, but that's how it appears. I wonder what causes you to be like this ? It might be that there may be a few things in your life that are not so pleasant, and this may explain your behaviour here.

Thank you chucky. That's very kind of you to say so. I am quite suprised.

Btw, you got it slightly wrong, I am not mortgage free. Talented ? :o

A lot of people on this board seem to go on about how much money they have or how many BTL properties they have or how they are mortgage free and 'live rent free'. Why they feel that everyone needs to know this information is beyond me. Clearly they have personality issues.

It is a Bull trait though because I have never seen any bears do all this.
Of course, you did post this in another thread:

"I personally like to travel and have found that the mobility provided by renting not only has allowed me to enjoy long-term holidays in far flung places, but it has also allowed me to make the most of any career opportunities that come along. My children speak four languages and correspond with friends all over the world, they ski, surf, swim and have enjoyed sampling many cultures and geographical locations. At one stage we were 'following the sun' by living and working in the Northern and then Southern hemispheres."

It's funny isn't it? How you don't want to hear about the property owning lifestyles of those who shatter the myth of your "property is slavery" delusion, yet are happy to boast about your rent slave lifestyle.

But to be honest, I wasn't really surprised at your double standards. Having seen so many of your ill informed, ranting posts where you charge around the forums calling everyone "idiots"; I had simply concluded that you were a nutter.

Also.... it's funny you should mention that those who boast on forums have a "personality issue" as I had been thinking this about you for some time.
I would say you are suffering from the syndrome known as "property jealousy" due to your symptoms of bitterness, spite, loony postings, general ignorance and making up a fantasy lifestyle to post on MSE.

To overcome your "personality issue", Doctor Tartanterra recommends that you actually attempt to achieve something in your life. Upon completing this, your feelings of hatred and spite towards others, who have done reasonably well in life, should greatly reduce as you move from "underachiever" to "success".

    Good luck with the diagnosis.......:D

    Next patient please!........

    Doctor Tartanterra

Oh-ho! So you are a doctor are you? Bragging again Mr Bull!

Are we all now to bow and scrape before you because you have a medical degree and earn a large amount of money, paid for by ordinary tax payers?

I doubt that you are a doctor to be honest, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Clearly you have issues though if you have to advertise it all over the net.

    Idiot.
