i cant believe who would do something like that..:(... he has had to have an operation to remove the pellet from one of his kidneys and is still at the vets while they monitor him...... his wound isnt healing as well as they would have liked but he is a strong boy and hopefully he will pull through..

he came to us as a stray ( well i think the lure of two of my other 5 cats brought him to me!!!) he was injured and so we took him to the vet and had him seen to and basically 'took him on' but he is a Tom and so does wander off from time to time but always comes back for meals and a bed for the night... i know he 'begs' elsewhere for food and god knows who else he goes to... he is a user!!! but guess who he came to when he got shot? yep me......

goodness knows how much the vets bill will be..:eek:.... some moron does this to a defenceless animal..........

Honestly, people who do this are just so ridiculously backwards and stupid it's unbelievable. I know these sort of things happen all over the world, but sometimes I wonder how some people survive with the lack of braincells present.

I'm so sorry for your poor cat and I hope he makes a full recovery. And if you haven't already, this needs reporting to your Police and possibly your local paper. Other pets may get hurt by his evil nutter. Might even hit a child....

Has he been neutered would help to reduce his wondering if he hasn't.

Unfortunately it very unlikely the people who did it will be caught unfortunately. Hope he well soon.
