I took out the contract I mentioned in Post #1.

Very happy with it, other than the redemption vouchers didn't arrive with the phone. I didn't spot this for over two weeks (their limit for sending duplicates). Anyway, I emailed them and they sent me some out no probs. I've just accrued the first five invoices and posted off with the voucher for the first redemption cycle. Fingers crossed.
Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc

I think you have to send them a reminder.

Do you think, if I ask nicely, they'll euthanase me when I get to 23,900 :rotfl:

I've just submitted the final redemption voucher on this contract and actually managed to get all the refunds. I was convinced the redemption system would fall over at some point but pleasantly surprised.

For a low user, why not buy a PAYG phone and get an Ovivo sim for £15 then get free every month 150 mins 200 text and 500 mb internet.

Are you sure Ovivo was around in 2011?

iosorpio, I guess you didn't notice how old the thread was. But.....perhaps not bad advice since I will now be looking for a SIM only contract.
