Customer compliance officer

Hi all...
Got a letter on Saturday inviting me to a interview with a customer compliance officer as a query has arisen on my claim. I called up today and spoke to the guy who was nice enough but couldn't tell me what it was about as he only worked a Thursday so hadn't had my file at hand. I have only been claiming IS for 6 weeks. Any ideas?? It isn't under caution and only asking me to bring proof of ID.
Cheers

i had a letter like that a few years back, some nice person had annonymously reported me as a benefit fraudster, if you are doing nothing wrong like me you have nothing to worry about0

Really?? You would think people had better things to do! I don't think anyone holds a grudge against me  Not that I am certainly aware of!0

In a new claim it's likely to be a routine check.....Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

If they believe you are a benefit fraud, why wouldn't they report it? It's hardly a matter of someone not having anything better to do.Per Mare Per Terram0 -
Hi what benefit are u claiming0

Reguarding the nothing better to do, I mean if they knew me they would knew I wasn't claiming fraudulantly. anyway besides the point.....

when i claimed IS i never got any letter like that.. it was a Work Focused Interview thats the only time i was hauled in..
when i was "laid in" i didnt get a letter either.. the place i was meant to be working at told me they had a letter asking if i was working there.. was a takeaway i used 3 times a week..
just because i got my food there doesnt mean i was working.. you gotta laugh at these people
OP- if you havent been doing anything wrong dont worry and just go with your ID. it could be a check to see if your getting all the help you need..Sealed pot challenger # 10

If it said you had an interview under caution then you would have something to worry about, but from the sound of it its just a routine check of ID0

Thanks everyone..
I guess I just wont know until Thursday :-)0 -
It's standard if you have claimed IS just after a recent seperation or someone who is expecting or just had a baby.
Basically they just want to make sure everything is ok on the claim and you are getting the correct benefits so that their aren't any under or over payments. If I make a mistake with something I post I apologize. We are all humans we all make mistakes.
