Hmm. don't appear to have done too well so far.. Didn't expect it to be easy but it's harder than it looks. How do you keep the motivation going?

even broken down into chunks it seems difficult :'(

Dont worry you will get the hang of it. basically you just do the housework like any other good quality housewife but on here there is the same list every week in case you have early onset Alzheimers.
Who I am is not important. What I do is.
  • AB I have deja vu and it isn't about what's on the list.

Boys drawers sorted... DS3 had about half a drawer of clothes after I had removed all the junk and toys and stuff that didn't fit.

I then did DS2's.. he had loads of tshirts are 12-13 some with tags still on so DS3 has a huge pile of new tops.. he has 4 or 5 pairs of trousers and not a single jumper! So I shall add those to my shopping list. I picked up 2 baskets of dirty laundry.. though at least 2 of DS2's school shirts are going straight in the bin!!!!! i need to head up there with a couple of binbags too.. it will be improved!

Having a tea break while I recover.. and shall be sending OH off to collect prescriptions in a sec while I get through some laundry if I can manage it! I may get food too seeing as I've only had a few prawn crackers today.

Abs.. the site is very quiet of late I agree.. :p

Thank you for all the birthday wishes and beautiful cakes!
No worries about missing it, as I was working, and it's usually in halfterm, it didn't really seem like a birthday, but I've promised myself a day out to visit a garden or something during the week, hopefully when it's less windy and a little wamer than today!

Good for drying washing, so that's mostly what I've done today, (pegged out with all wooden pegs valli!)but will be going to the allotment soon.

Love and hugs, especially to lady-liberty, toots and lamewolf.

Went to Mr A this morning and was in ages having a good look around. Got home and got a fright to see DD in the garden crying. I wasnt expecting her. Turns out she had been there for ages and tried ringing me. No signal in Mr A and I wouldnt have heard it as it was in my bag. She thought I was lying in the house somewhere and was about to phone the police. She was ok after a big hug and a cuppa. Plus she set my phone so I would hear her calls loudly.

maxonian Looks like there will be another series of Vera. We had a good chat about her books. She has a web site if you are interested and is on Twitter.

    chunky and Carol. Welcome back.

    g&b Congratulations. Well done!

Dusty I love Twitter thats how I found out about the book signing.

Hugs and spoons for Toots. Lady L and Lamewolf.
