my money's on that i'm not being ignored. i'm sure taxi36 wont be along shortly to confirm this.

    LOL, yes.

I've noticed that when people make a big thing of putting someone on ignore they may not respond to them for a few days but soon enough they are back in the fray.

Really, putting someone with whom you are having an argument on ignore is daft. It enables them to pot shots at anything you post without your being aware of it. If you tell the world that you've put them on ignore and don't it must be even worse as you see what they are saying about you but cannot comment without losing credibility.

Actually Azari it is quite possible that the poster who has some-one on ignore WILL be able to see what the ignored poster is saying....its quite easy to view the boards whilst not logged in meaning that all posts are viewable

You only get the "you cannot view this post as ****** is on your ignore list" if you are logged in whilst viewing the thread. Otherwise ALL posts are viewable. This means that the poster may well see what the others are writing about him/her and can then chose whether the particular poster is worth removing from their ignore list in order to respond to them.

Just clearing this up as your attempt at being cocky above is incorrect.

Well, obviously you can still see the posts of someone you have put on ignore. rolleyes.gif

Rather than go to the trouble of logging out and then having to log back in again as you suggest it's far simpler to just temporarily take them off ignore.

However, none of that alters the fact that you will look like a right pillock if you then respond to them after having announced to the world that you have them on ignore.

In fact, it's only pompous idiots who ever announce the fact that they have put someone on ignore. :D

This statement, unqualified, is simply incorrect.

Many of these shops evidently do have fitting rooms.
