i knew they had a funny returns policy so I asked as there was no changing rooms can you return things that don't fit and she pointed out that there are changing rooms near the tills but as mentioned they are locked. They're alright for kids but rubbish for adults, at least ours are, as the door only goes up to just below my shoulders (I'm 5'10) so when you're trying on running clothes (close fit) you feel a bit weird as everyone in the shop can see you haha. just knelt down in the end, but can understand why people think there are no changing rooms as they were well disguised!0

Sports Direct don't offer refunds, only exchanges or money on to a gift card - my work colleague found this out the hard way.
Check the back of your receipt for confirmation.
This shouldn't be a problem for you anyway as you aren't necessarily wanting a refund but just thought I would warn others.0 -
I don't see the big problem with Sports Direct to be honest. I bought a great pair of Asics trainers there the other day for £19! Just gotta be sure about what you're buying before you cough up the money that's all, it's not like shopping in Tesco or Asda.
Sports Direct offer your statutory rights, nothing more, nothing less. They seem to be doing okay with this philosophy.:cool:0 -
