Sports Direct

Options
I recently purchased some shorts for my son from Sports Direct. The tag on them said 11 – 12 (his age). There are no changing facilities in the store so we just bought them. We get home, he tries them on and they are massive, nearly down to his ankles and his legs aren’t particularly short! Check the label inside the shorts and the age is 12-13. Took them back today to be told they only offer an exchange or gift voucher. When I pointed it out that the mistake was down to their label their response was ‘we don’t use the size 12-13 in our clothes so couldn’t size them as that’
I wasn’t happy but went to find a replacement pair. Found some, made him hold them against him better than we did the previous pair. Bought them and they fit. The size on the tag? 9 – 10. The size inside the shorts? 11 -12. They don’t seem to be able to size anything!!
And rant over J

go back with them and demand a refund on the basis that they are labelled up wrong, the staff they have in sports direct always play the same record so ask to speak to a manager and explain it to them and dont leave until you have your cash.

Sports Direct!. Shoe boxes spread out all over the floor, step ladders in the way, necessary to place all items of one size/colour out of reach of customers and in store music volume chosen by a 16 year old.

Sports Direct DO NOT have fitting rooms! Maybe your child is happy to change in the shop but I know my own Son would never do that lol . Maybe its his age...hes is 12.

Yet they do very cheap sportswear. And have changing rooms. All you have to do is ask if you cant see them

The 2 stores in Leicester have fitting rooms. If they are locked all you have to do is ask a member of staff.
